  • We asked for quota increases. Noam helped open tickets for us for our production accounts and push AWS for faster resolution. However,on AWS side, We've seen inconsistency in what should be a simple quota increase. Lack of clarity into the stage of the request, and requests that were submitted later were approved earlier. our first request took over a week for increase, and it was the most important one for our staging tests.

  • We value the in-depth investigation, however I the pace of investigation was not as fast as I would expect for something that is causing us recurring production incidents; In the meantime, we conducted our own investigation and based on telemetry data available to us and additional tests in lower environments, we were able to arrive at similar conclusions by the end of last week already. That said, quality of support is good, but DoIt / GCP support would be more valuable to us if the feedback loop was faster - then it could have sped up our investigation.

Update - while to you message we got confirmation from AWS Marketplace suppoet team that they managed to update the Legal Business Name on the target seller account exactly as we needed. So case resolved. If I run into any Doit related issues regarding the APN registration I'll contact again, otherwise thanks again for the proactive help.
